Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love our products as much we we do, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is valid for 30 days.  If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging. If you are returning your item because it arrived damaged or if your order was incorrect, see our section on replacing a damaged or incorrect item.


Final Sale

Most items can be returned for a refund or store credit, with a few exceptions. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Earrings
  • Clearance items

Refunds

If you change your mind and want to return your product, please contact us at contact@zaylia.ca and include the following information.

  • Order number
  • Item to be returned

Once your return is received, we will notify you by email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Replacing a Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will do our best to replace it for you. If this occurs, please contact us at contact@zaylia.ca within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item that is damaged/defective
  • Pictures of the damage

Once this information is received and your refund is approved, we will send you a free shipping label and inform you of the product’s availability or alternate options.


Gifts

If an item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift recipient, it can be returned by the gift recipient for store credit for the value of the product at the time of purchase. If this applies to you, please contact us at contact@zaylia.ca and include the following information.

  • Order number
  • Item to be returned

Once your return is received, we will notify you by email to let you know that we have received your returned item. If approved, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
